First date safety
Meet someone new with a friend in your corner.
A first date should be exciting, not nerve-wracking. Holler lets someone you trust know where you are and gives you a clean way out if you want one.
Why Holler on a first date
Quiet, in your control, and never something the other person sees.
- 1
A friend can check in
Share your live location with one trusted contact if you raise an alarm, so a friend can be ready to step in.
- 2
A graceful exit
A realistic fake call gives you a reason to leave without any drama, no alarm needed.
- 3
Private by default
Nothing is shared unless you trigger it. Holler is not broadcasting your evening to anyone.
How it works on a date
- 01
Tell a friend you are using it
Set them as your trusted contact so they get your location if you raise an alarm.
- 02
Keep it quiet in your pocket
Nothing runs or shares until you decide to trigger it.
- 03
Exit, or raise the alarm
A fake call to leave gracefully, or the full siren and alert if you need it, with your local emergency number one tap away.
First-date questions
Will my date know I am using Holler?
No. Holler runs quietly and shares nothing unless you trigger it. The fake call looks like a normal incoming call.
Is my location shared the whole time?
No. Your location is shared only if you raise an alarm, and only with the contact you chose.
What if I just want to leave, not raise an alarm?
Use the fake call. A realistic incoming-call screen gives you a reason to step out, with no alarm and nothing shared.
